Overall, my experience with them was very good. I booked a 55" TV for my wedding event, and the entire process went smoothly. They delivered everything on time and handled the setup professionally. At one point, I faced a small issue from my side, but their team was very supportive and helped me resolve it quickly without any hassle. Their behaviour was polite, and they coordinated everything properly, which made the whole experience stress-free for me. It was quite a smooth process in terms of delivery pick up and refund of security deposit was in real time. The laptop's speaker wasn't working but that was informed beforehand and before making any transaction. They're quite transparent which is rare.

I got this laptop in midst of corona outbreak when most of the doors for getting laptop were closed and price was too high. I found Vss to be trustworthy.
